Advanced Promotion
1. An advanced flyer which can be sent to members and potential members, plus
Anglo-American Community mailshots *
- Upcoming events announcements to members and potential members
- Listing on the calendar section of the BABC network Web site which is seen by the membership (32 associations located in the US, UK, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico reaching over 4,000 companies involved in transatlantic trade) and visitors to the site
- Save the Date flyers can be distributed after invitations, to encourage attendance *
2. Invitations and mailing lists: Sponsorship is acknowledged with corporate logo, on
invitations which can be mailed out to over 2,000 New England based companies involved in international trade; the invitation can also includes a description of the Sponsor company and list a contact name
- Where applicable, invitations can be extended to associations with British interest in the New England States (over 40) and participating associations of the Global Business Alliance of New England, Inc. GBANE) (over 25) *
- Invitations can also be issued to any guests specifically requested by the Sponsor *
3. Media: Mention in all notices and press releases about the event (The BABCNE
office will be happy to work with the Sponsor's Public Relations department on
this)
4. Announcement on the web-sites of: BABCNE, The British Consulate-General, the
Massachusetts Export Center and the Global Business Alliance of New England,

Promotion of Sponsor Company at Event
- A representative of the Sponsor company can act as "Chair of the event" and make welcoming remarks
- The Sponsor can provide staff to act as hosts and promote company (number variable)
- The Sponsor may set up a display booth (staffed by company) to highlight company business
- The Sponsor may set up a hospitality area around the booth for special company guests
- A company banner may be displayed in the registration area
- Company material can be distributed in event-related handouts to attendees
- Free allocation of places to guests of exclusive sponsor (number varies)
- Sponsor can provide a prize for a business card drawing or distribute special items, such as promotional gifts with company logo, to attendees

Post Event Publicity
The Sponsor company will receive:
- Copies of all business cards collected during the event for marketing purposes
- If requested, details of all the registered attendees, in data (xls) and in label format (word), on disc and hard copy *
- Event reported, with photograph, on the BABCNE Web site seen by the Membership of the BABC network and potential members and visitors
- Questionnaire can be compiled from attendees for usefulness and marketing awareness *
- Mailshot of promotional material distributed at event, can be sent from the Council's office to the membership in the following six months *
- Possible press converge in business and local media

Sponsorship Fee Will Cover
- Administration of event by BABCNE staff (publicity, response co-ordination, venue & catering liaisons, registration, paperwork production and event supervision)
- Operational costs of the event (name badges, lists of attendees, photographer, administrative and Catering staff, excluding catering costs)
- Invitation design, print and mailing costs

Annual Christmas Luncheon

With a sold out attendance each year, this Annual event has become the Council's largest event of the year. This event is a perfect venue for corporate entertainment, client appreciation or a company holiday gathering. Mailings for this event go out to over 1,000 companies involved in transatlantic trade in New England.
Past sponsors have included: British Airways, Welsh Development Agency, Choate Hall & Stewart, Baystate Financial Services, The Scottish Development Agency, The British Midlands, Sophos Anti-Virus.
Annual Networking Summer Event
1 Sponsor @ $2,500
Usually held in June, this event enables members and the guests to enjoy a special current event in a prestigious location. Past events have included: A Titanic reception at the Titanic exhibit, sponsored by Choate Hall & Stewart, Tall Ships cruise, BT Challenge reception courtesy of British Petroleum, Beer tasting hosted by Shipyard Brewing company, Gin & Martini evening sponsored by Plymonth Gin, networking reception hosted by Jury's hotel.
Annual Golf Tournament

The annual event draws members and guests from the New England area, to a round of 18 holes. This presents an ideal venue for corporate entertainment and includes an Awards dinner after completion of play. Past locations: Bellingham Country Club, Marshfield Country Club, Ipswich Country Club, Sterling Country Club and Shaker Hills Golf Club.
Annual International Networking Evening & Business Forum

The international networking evening regularly attracts over 500 companies involved in international commerce. The evening features: seminars on trade issues relevant to those involved in international business and a resource center with sponsor displays, government information tables and exhibits of over 30 international trade associations, organizations, representing over 7,000 New England companies.
This event is the place to meet people interested in world trade while learning about the resources available to help your company's international business. The Gold and Silver sponsors are promoted on all collaterals and invitations sent out by participating associations and organizations to their members and on their websites, as well as the websites of government organizations such as Mass Export Center.
